More Hearts of Metal books on KU, Rockstar Recs, Horror News and Life news!

My entire Hearts of Metal series is now available on Kindle Unlimited. I will eventually move them back to wide, though.  So if you're a KU subscriber, get them NOW  If you're not a KU subscriber and don't plan to be, you can buy them at my store and save yourself a buck!  I also wrote a column for Fresh Fiction recommending other Rockstar Romances that are on KU.   Horror News: Kandisha Press officially announced that my short story "The Waitress" will be in the 2025 Women in Horror Anthology, Pretend You Don't See Her.  I am so excited and honored. You'll notice that my pen name is a little different. That's because I'm going to be using that pen name for my stories that don't have a romance.

I'm working on another horror novel and am trying not to be scared of what my agent will think of The Graveyard Girls, which I'd turned in earlier this month. Cross your fingers for me! ROMANCE NEWS! I only have five paperback copies of Redeeming the Angel left. You can get signed copies from my store HERE! Or you can reply to this email if you'd rather Paypal or Zelle me directly.  I'm currently outlining a Brides of Prophecy spinoff that will take place in the kingdom of Wurrakia. I teased the premise in Redeeming the Angel.  I'm also working on an outline for the next Scandals With Bite book.

Life News: I had some symptoms that made my doctor worry could be cancer, but I went through the procedure to check for it and the results were normal. I don't want to look at Gatorade for at least another year, lol.  Like many others, I am mourning the loss of David Lynch. He was a huge inspiration to me. My next scratchboard will be a portrait of him. I also sneak homages to his work in my books. Like this one in The Highwayman's Bite.

That's all for this week. Hopefully next week the art prints will be ready. Until next time, virtual hugs! -Brooklyn A. New Brides Of Prophecy Covers, To Tempt A Sorcerer now on KU, and check out my goth plants!

Behold! My new covers for the first 6 books in my Brides of Prophecy series! I still need to redo the cover for Reclaiming the Magic, but I'm going to leave books 8 and 9 alone for a little bit since they're still relatively new and I like them. I also need to get started on the cover...and title for Book 10. Life events--including my keyboard dying and having to relearn how to type on a USB one--is pushing back the release until early Fall.  More book news: My grumpy sunshine Romantasy novel, To Tempt a Sorcerer is on KU. I really hate the whole exclusive to Amazon thing, but I know a lot of you are KU readers, so I decided to make this one available there. I may do the same with the other Brides of Prophecy spinoffs as those come along.

Audiobook News: I have an update on One Bite Per Night that I'll be announcing to my KoFi supporters tomorrow. If you don't want to wait, you can support me HERE!  Life News: Spring has sprung and it's time for car repairs and morel hunting. Also, the goth plants I planted at the end of summer are happy! Soon they'll be so dark purple, they'll look black!

I'm definitely going to plant more of these. Anyway, that's all for this week. Virtual Hugs! -Brooklyn A.
