OMG! My art is in a book! Plus adventures in crafting.

A while back, I was able to announce that I'd gotten to do a scratchboard art piece for Carrie's Legacy, a limited edition book by Lividian Publication on the impact of Stephen King's Carrie on authors and artists. Just yesterday, the book arrived and I am still in awe that I'm in there!

I also had some fine art prints made of my piece. There are still a couple left in my store!

Crafting adventures! I've been wanting to get into slipcase making for awhile. My first goal was to make a case for my signed first edition of Stephen King's Firestarter. My friend loaned me a cool cutting tool, my boyfriend 3D printed me these thingies that hold the corners in place during the gluing process. But I ended up making my measurements wrong and the case was too big for Firestarter. So I ended up with a case for The Institute. I am making my second attempt at cutting boards for Firestarter today.

I also got cat molds and made some more cat candles and more skull candles.
