I got to hang out with my best friend last Sunday night. We had a sleepover and were transported back to being kids again. Then, on my actual B-day, I went out on a date with Kent and finally got to wear this awesome dress I found last winter. It's the same one Rebekah Del Rio wore when she sang "No Stars" on Twin Peaks: The Return.

I also got the most amazing score for my goth garden. Due to Kent accidentally breaking one of my tiles for my address column (he's finally working on it so it might actually be installed before the end of the year!) I had to go to Lowe's to get another. I found two pots of black mondo grass in the clearance section for $7 each! And because it had already reproduced a ton, I got like $60-$70 of black mondo grass for $14! I'm so excited. I wanted more but did NOT have the funds to get more yet.  Here's all the plants I got from two overstuffed pots. I left a couple big guys to plant sooner in the garden. The two white ones were babies that were born upside-down. I will find out if they'll take and thrive now that they have some sun.
